Hello, my name is Richard and this is my blog which will deal with the subject of fitting out your commercial kitchen. When I decided to open a cafe, I didn't really know what I was doing and I had to learn as I went along. I bought an old second-hand fridge and gas stove. However, I had so many problems that the repair guy from the appliance service eventually recommended that I buy new appliances as the ones I had were beyond repair. I took his advice and I have since invested in a new set of appliances and my commercial kitchen and cafe are now doing great.
